Ingredients
- 1 pack of elbow macaroni
- ½ small onion
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- 1 Maggi cube
- 2 tbsp butter
- Mustard
- Honey barbecue sauce
- Mayonnaise
- Pepper sauce
- Turmeric
- Anchor Cheddar Cheese
- String cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Dried parsley
Directions
- Crush Maggi cube, and add a pinch of turmeric and small onion in a saucepan of water and boil
- Grate cheddar cheese and string cheese
- Preheat oven to at least 300 degrees
- After the water is boiled, add macaroni elbows, continue to boil then strain and return to saucepan
- Add 1 beaten egg, milk, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, butter, mustard and 3 drops of pepper sauce to macaroni and stir
- Add mozzarella and grated cheddar cheese to macaroni mixture and stir
- Pour mixture into a greased pyrex dish
- Beat 1 egg, add milk, dried parsley, and string cheese and pour to the top of the macaroni
- Cover with foil paper
- Allow to bake for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Immerse a fork into the pie after 30 – 40 minutes, if it comes out clean turn off the oven and let the heat continue to cook the pie
- After it is finished, let sit for 15 minutes to cool, then serve
