Ingredients
- 3 cups Anchor Instant Skim Milk Powder
- 1 cup instant oats
- 1 cup whole almonds or almond flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Directions
- Place 2 cups of the milk powder in a blender along with the whole almonds or almond flour and oats, blend until smooth
- Place the remaining powder milk along with the pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and cocoa powder and pulse until blended
- Place in an airtight container, this can be stored in the refrigerator
- For your protein shake place 1/2 cup of the powder with 1 cup liquid in a blender, and blend until combined. For variation you can add any fruit, yogurt or flavorings of your choice
