Protein Powder Mix


  • 3 cups Anchor Instant Skim Milk Powder
  • 1 cup instant oats
  • 1 cup whole almonds or almond flour
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder


  1. Place 2 cups of the milk powder in a blender along with the whole almonds or almond flour and oats, blend until smooth
  2. Place the remaining powder milk along with the pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and cocoa powder and pulse until blended
  3. Place in an airtight container, this can be stored in the refrigerator
  4. For your protein shake place 1/2 cup of the powder with 1 cup liquid in a blender, and blend until combined. For variation you can add any fruit, yogurt or flavorings of your choice
