Ingredients
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup Fresh Pigeon Peas
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg (freshly grated)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 c condensed milk
- 1 glass water mixed with 4 tbsp Anchor Full Cream Milk Powder
- 2 drops green food coloring
Directions
- Boil Pigeon peas in 2 cups water until tender. Cool
- Mix Anchor milk powder with a glass of water
- Add peas and all the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth
- Serve immediately on ice!
