Anchor Pigeon Peas Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup Fresh Pigeon Peas
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (freshly grated)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4 c condensed milk 
  • 1 glass water mixed with 4 tbsp Anchor Full Cream Milk Powder
  • 2 drops green food coloring

Directions

  1. Boil Pigeon peas in 2 cups water until tender. Cool
  2. Mix Anchor milk powder with a glass of water
  3. Add peas and all the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth
  4. Serve immediately on ice!
