Ingredients
- 2 packs Anchor Cheddar Cheese (250g)
- Half stick butter (125g)
- 2 carrots, large
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 red pimento, finely chopped
- 1 onion, medium
- 2 scoops mayonnaise
- 1 hot pepper
- 2 garlic grains
- 1 celery, finely chopped
Directions
- Grate cheese and butter in a large bowl. Grate the carrot and add in the pimento pepper, onion and garlic. Mix together
- Add in the mayonnaise and sugar, then place in chopper and let mix for a few seconds
- Remove from chopper and place in a serving dish. Sprinkle celery on top to garnish
