Anchor Carrot Cheese Paste

Ingredients

  • 2 packs                                             Anchor Cheddar Cheese (250g)
  • Half stick                                         butter (125g)
  • 2                                                        carrots, large
  • 1 teaspoon                                       sugar
  • 4                                                        red pimento, finely chopped
  • 1                                                         onion, medium
  • 2 scoops                                           mayonnaise
  • 1                                                         hot pepper
  • 2                                                        garlic grains
  • 1                                                        celery, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Grate cheese and butter in a large bowl. Grate the carrot and add in the pimento pepper, onion and garlic. Mix together
  2. Add in the mayonnaise and sugar, then place in chopper and let mix for a few seconds
  3. Remove from chopper and place in a serving dish. Sprinkle celery on top to garnish
