Ingredients
- 2 cups Anchor Cheddar Cheese
- 1 garlic
- 2 tsps Roland dijon mustard (grained with wine)
- 3 tbsps mayonnaise
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp of finely chopped chives
Directions
- Grate the cheese (I prefer to grate my cheese on the bigger side of the grater as it gives a better consistency for my cheese paste recipe)
- Add mayonnaise and dijon mustard, and mix until it is of a buttery texture
- Grate the garlic and combine with the mixture
- Add the black pepper, red pepper flakes and chives and combine
- Garnish with cayenne pepper and finely chopped chives
- Serve with Dixie crackers (my personal favorite) or bread
