Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Anchor Salted Butter
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup baking flour, sifted
- 1 egg
- A few drops of vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 320°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Cream Anchor Salted Butter and icing sugar thoroughly
- Add egg and vanilla, and mix well
- Fold in flour and mix into a dough
- Pipe desired shapes and rest for 10 mins
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 mins or until golden brown
- Remove from oven and cool on racks. Store in an airtight container.

Saw this recipe and thought it sounded yummy. I followed all the directions but the cookies melted in the oven. Made a mess.
