Ingredients
- 2 cups Anchor Cheddar Cheese, any variety
- 2 cups Anchor Cream Cheese
- 1 Scotch Bonnet pepper
- 2 pimento peppers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 sprig celery
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 5 olives
- 2 tablespoons sweet pepper chopped
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
- Measure cheeses and add to a large food processor and pulse.
- Add 5 olives, celery, garlic, scotch bonnet (remove seeds), pimento and dry ingredients pulse
- Use a spatula and add to a large bowl add chopped sweet pepper and mustard.
- Mix well
- The spread is ready to be used on toasted bread. You can thin it out with a little milk for dressings or dips!
