Ingredients
- 4 tbsp condensed milk
- 4 heaped tbsp Anchor Full Cream Milk Powder
- 3/4 tin coconut cream
- 1 lb pumpkin
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- A small pinch cinnamon
- A small pinch nutmeg
- 2 drops mixed essence
- Ice
Directions
- Boil pumpkin in water with all spices until soft; then strain
- Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until pureed and smooth
- Add enough ice to the blender to chill the smoothie as well as to create a creamy consistency
- Serve in a glass and garnish with grated coconut
