Tropical Bliss

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 4 heaped tbsp Anchor Full Cream Milk Powder
  • 3/4 tin coconut cream
  • 1 lb pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • A small pinch cinnamon
  • A small pinch nutmeg
  • 2 drops mixed essence
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Boil pumpkin in water with all spices until soft; then strain
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until pureed and smooth
  3. Add enough ice to the blender to chill the smoothie as well as to create a creamy consistency
  4. Serve in a glass and garnish with grated coconut
