‘The Pinango’ Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 4 tablespoons Anchor Full Cream Milk Powder
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 tablespoon instant oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 tsp almond essence
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Directions

  1. Mix water and powder milk. Stir well and leave in the fridge until ready to make the smoothie
  2. Combine pineapple, mango, instant oats, and honey in a blender
  3. Add cold milk (step 1) and blend for 1/2 minute
  4. Add almond essence and angostura bitters and blend together for 1/2 minute
  5. Pour into your preferred glassware
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy this yummy treat any time of the day
