Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (100g) Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup (100g) mango
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 teaspoon Scotch Bennet, minced
- Salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until you have a beautiful yellow butter. Depending on the sweetness of the mango, you may need to add a little more mango. Season to taste. Delicious with grilled corn on the cob
