Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 250g sugar
- 6 eggs
- 250g Anchor Salted Butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups lemon juice
- White chocolate
- Circle lemons
Directions
- Mix the sugar and Anchor Butter together until it’s light and fluffy
- Add the 6 eggs one by one to the mixture
- Add flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and lemon extract
- Add 3 cups lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 180 c degrees
- Set the mixture in a baking bowl for 20 min in the oven
- Constantly check your cake
- Let it cool for 5 minutes and think about your art work during the decoration
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie
- Set chocolate on top of the cake
- Cut circle lemons for the decor and enjoy your lemon cake!
