Lemon Cake

Ingredients

  • 250g flour
  • 250g sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 250g Anchor Salted Butter
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp lemon extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups lemon juice
  • White chocolate
  • Circle lemons

Directions

  1. Mix the sugar and Anchor Butter together until it’s light and fluffy
  2. Add the 6 eggs one by one to the mixture
  3. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and lemon extract
  4. Add 3 cups lemon juice
  5. Preheat oven to 180 c degrees
  6. Set the mixture in a baking bowl for 20 min in the oven
  7. Constantly check your cake
  8. Let it cool for 5 minutes and think about your art work during the decoration
  9. Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie
  10. Set chocolate on top of the cake
  11. Cut circle lemons for the decor and enjoy your lemon cake!
