Ingredients
- 1/3 stick to tub butter
- 1/2 block Anchor Vegetarian Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- Chive for dressing
Directions
- Grate cheese. Add butter, mustard, pepper sauce and mix all ingredients well
- Top with chopped chives
- Serve with your favorite bread, crix, or use as a dip
