Guinness Chocolate Cookies and Cream Ice Cream (No Churn)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tin condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond/vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup/Nutella
  • 1-pint Anchor Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 bottle Guinness
  • As desired broken oreo cookies

Directions

  1. In a bowl, pour the condensed milk. You can add as much or as little, as desired
  2. Add the evaporated milk, cinnamon, almond/vanilla essence and chocolate syrup/Nutella to the bowl. Mix to combine
  3. Add the Guinness (you can also use malta) and continue mixing. Set aside the bowl
  4. To your mixer, add the Anchor Heavy Whipping Cream and beat until it forms stiff peaks
  5. Add the whipped cream, a little at a time, to the Guinness mixture and gently whisk until creamy and smooth
  6. Pour mixture into a freezer container and add the broken oreo cookies (or any cookie you love)
  7. Cover container in plastic wrap, and store in freezer until frozen
