Ingredients
- 1/2 tin condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon almond/vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup/Nutella
- 1-pint Anchor Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 bottle Guinness
- As desired broken oreo cookies
Directions
- In a bowl, pour the condensed milk. You can add as much or as little, as desired
- Add the evaporated milk, cinnamon, almond/vanilla essence and chocolate syrup/Nutella to the bowl. Mix to combine
- Add the Guinness (you can also use malta) and continue mixing. Set aside the bowl
- To your mixer, add the Anchor Heavy Whipping Cream and beat until it forms stiff peaks
- Add the whipped cream, a little at a time, to the Guinness mixture and gently whisk until creamy and smooth
- Pour mixture into a freezer container and add the broken oreo cookies (or any cookie you love)
- Cover container in plastic wrap, and store in freezer until frozen
