Creamy Chandon Benni Habanero Pepper Cheese Paste

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Anchor Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Anchor Butter
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp carrots (finely grated)
  • 1/2 small onion (finely grated)
  • A small piece of habanero pepper (finely minced)
  • 2 leaves chandon benni (minced)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp evaporated milk
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well until smooth and creamy. Can be served with crackers or toast
