Ingredients
- 3 cups Anchor Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp Anchor Butter
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp carrots (finely grated)
- 1/2 small onion (finely grated)
- A small piece of habanero pepper (finely minced)
- 2 leaves chandon benni (minced)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp evaporated milk
- 1 pinch black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well until smooth and creamy. Can be served with crackers or toast
