Ingredients
- 2 cups of chopped broccoli florets
- 2 cups of grated carrots
- 4 tablespoons of Anchor Salted Butter
- 1 large onion cubed
- 2 cloves of grated garlic
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 1 chopped pimento
- 1 Bouillon cube
- 1 Anchor Cooking Cream 200ml
- 1 cup of grated Anchor Cheddar Cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a saucepan, melt Anchor Salted Butter on low heat. Add onions, garlic, carrots, and pimento
- Add broccoli florets. When soft, add flour. Thoroughly stir to avoid flour frying or sticking
- Stir veg while adding Anchor Cooking Cream to saucepan Add bouillon cube, Anchor Cheddar Cheese, black pepper, and salt to taste
- Continue mixing until consistency is to your liking
- Immediately remove from heat and serve with a side of garlic bread for dipping
