Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 cup Anchor powdered milk
- 1/2 cup coconut powder

- Add all ingredients into a bowl, with a whisk stir until combined to desired thickness
