Chocolate Pudding Mix and Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients (Pudding Mix)

  • 2 cups cocoa powder
  • 2 1/4 cup Anchor full cream milk powder
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine until everything is incorporated. Store in an airtight container for further use

Ingredients (Chocolate Pudding)

  • 1 1/2 cup pudding mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons Anchor butter
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions

  1. Place pudding mix and water in a pot and stir to combine, cook over medium heat and continue stirring until the mixture thickens it should coat the back of the spoon and leave a line once drawn through
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter and vanilla.  Pour into individual serving dishes and enjoy. You can top up with some further melted chocolate or incorporate some more chocolate chips when adding the butter and vanilla
  3. Place in the fridge to set and enjoy
