Ingredients
- 1 cup caraili cut into small chunks
- 1 red apple cut into small chunks
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger grated
- 1 1/2 cups water
- ¾ cup Anchor Full Cream Milk Powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon Angostura bitters
- 1/2 cup condensed milk or more to taste
Directions
- Rinse and wash the caraili thoroughly
- Remove all seeds and pith from caraili
- Salt caraili overnight in the refrigerator
- Rinse off caraili and blanch for 2 minutes in boiling water and shock in cold water.
- Put the caraili in a blender with apple, ginger, Anchor full cream milk and water. Add essence, bitters.
- Blend twice on high speed for a smooth texture. Then, blend continuously on low speed for 2 minutes or until smooth. Serve the punch chilled
