Veggie Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 litre                                                anchor extra yield cooking cream
  • 1 pack                                                   preferred pasta
  • 2 cloves                                                garlic, chopped
  • 1                                                             onion, chopped
  • 1                                                             shredded carrot
  • 1                                                             head broccoli (or your preferred vegetable)
  • To taste                                                anchor cheddar or vegetarian cheddar cheese
  • To taste                                                black pepper
  • To taste                                                fresh marjoram or dried oregano
  • As desired                                           olive oil
  • To taste                                                salt

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta and set aside.
  2. Saute onions and garlic in a small amount of olive oil, add carrots and broccoli.
  3. Stir fry until vegetable start to cook.
  4. Add pasta and flavour with black pepper, salt marjoram or oregano.
  5. Turn off heat and add Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream.
  6. Stir in, then garnish with grated Anchor Cheddar or Vegetarian Cheese.
