Ingredients
- 1 (454gm) anchor unsalted butter
- 2 (350gm) pks. condensed milk
- 8 cups flour
- 1 (250ml) pk. evaporated milk
- 1 small pk ground elaichi (cardamom)
- 5 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
- Sugar Coating:
- 2 cups water
- 4 cups granulated sugar
Directions
- Combine Anchor Unsalted Butter, elaichi (cardamom) and flour.
- Mix evaporated and condensed milks together then add flour mixture.
- Knead until all ingredients are combined.
- Form into 3” almond shaped pieces.
- Fry until golden brown.
Directions: Sugar Coating
- Stir sugar and water in pot over low heat until mixture is thick.
- Pour Syrup over Goolab Jamoon, coating evenly.
- Remove and let dry.
