Ingredients
- 8 ozs Anchor Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1 lb. Bacon (cooked, drained, and chopped)
- 1 Large Tomato (diced)
- 1 cup Anchor Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 1 tbsp. Green Onions
Directions
- Whisk together Anchor Cream Cheese and mayo until smooth.
- Fold in bacon, tomato, Anchor Cheddar Cheese and green onions.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Garnish with bacon and celery and serve with crackers and vegetables.
