Cassava Pone

Ingredients

  • 3 cups grated cassava
  • 2 cups grated coconut
  • 1 cup grated pumpkin
  • 1 tbs grated nutmeg (or more if desired cause I l love lots of nutmeg)
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs Anchor Salted Butter
  • 1 tbs vanilla essence

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients well, and pour into buttered dish
  2. Bake at 350°C for 40-45minutes
  3. Allow pone to cool, then serve. I love to have vanilla ice cream with this
