Ingredients
- 3 cups grated cassava
- 2 cups grated coconut
- 1 cup grated pumpkin
- 1 tbs grated nutmeg (or more if desired cause I l love lots of nutmeg)
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbs Anchor Salted Butter
- 1 tbs vanilla essence
Directions
- Combine all ingredients well, and pour into buttered dish
- Bake at 350°C for 40-45minutes
- Allow pone to cool, then serve. I love to have vanilla ice cream with this
