Cashews, Dates, and Fruits Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup Anchor Full Cream Milk Powder
  • 1/4 cup raw cashew nut
  • 4 dates
  • 1/2 cup or 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple cubes
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 or more cup ice (optional)

Directions

  1. Have all ingredients measured out and ready before making your smoothie
  2. Mix together Anchor Full Cream Milk Powder and water and stir
  3. Add milk, raw cashew nut, and dates to a blender, and blend 1 minute
  4. Add frozen fruits and chia and ice and blend together
  5. Put into a tall glass and enjoy for breakfast or afternoon healthy snack
