Ingredients (Pudding Mix)
- 2 1/4 cup Anchor full cream milk powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine until everything is incorporated. Store in an airtight container for further use
Ingredients (Vanilla Pudding)
- 2 1/2 cup pudding mix
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions
- Place egg yolks in a bowl and whisk until combined
- Place pudding mix and water in a pot and cook over a medium heat stirring until the mixture begins to thicken
- Remove half of the pudding mixture and add to the egg yolks whisking vigorously
- Add the yolk mixture back to the remaining pudding mixture in the pot and cook for approximately 1 minute more stirring constantly to avoid the pudding from sticking to the bottom of the pot
- Remove from the stove and add the butter and vanilla
- Place in serving dishes and put in the fridge to set and enjoy
