Two Cheeses and Pimento Creamy Cheese Paste

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Anchor Cheddar Cheese, any variety
  • 2 cups Anchor Cream Cheese
  • 1 Scotch Bonnet pepper
  • 2 pimento peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1 sprig celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 5 olives
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pepper chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

  1. Measure cheeses and add to a large food processor and pulse.
  2. Add 5 olives, celery, garlic, scotch bonnet (remove seeds), pimento and dry ingredients pulse
  3. Use a spatula and add to a large bowl add chopped sweet pepper and mustard.
  4. Mix well
  5. The spread is ready to be used on toasted bread. You can thin it out with a little milk for dressings or dips!
  6. Serve and enjoy!
