Ingredients
- 1 stick Anchor Butter (unsalted)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 lime
Directions
- Allow butter to soften at room temperature
- Peel and cube avocado
- Combine in a stand or hand mixer using whisk attachment
- While mixing add the juice of one lime and the salt. Whisk until smooth
- Store in plastic wrap in freezer for up to six months
