Avocado a.k.a Zaboca Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 stick                                                  Anchor Butter (unsalted)
  • 1 teaspoon                                          salt
  • 1                                                            ripe avocado
  • 1                                                            lime

Directions

  1. Allow butter to soften at room temperature
  2. Peel and cube avocado
  3. Combine in a stand or hand mixer using whisk attachment
  4. While mixing add the juice of one lime and the salt. Whisk until smooth
  5. Store in plastic wrap in freezer for up to six months
