Ingredients
- 1/2 litre anchor extra yield cooking cream
- 1 pack preferred pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 shredded carrot
- 1 head broccoli (or your preferred vegetable)
- To taste anchor cheddar or vegetarian cheddar cheese
- To taste black pepper
- To taste fresh marjoram or dried oregano
- As desired olive oil
- To taste salt
Directions
- Prepare pasta and set aside.
- Saute onions and garlic in a small amount of olive oil, add carrots and broccoli.
- Stir fry until vegetable start to cook.
- Add pasta and flavour with black pepper, salt marjoram or oregano.
- Turn off heat and add Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream.
- Stir in, then garnish with grated Anchor Cheddar or Vegetarian Cheese.
