Ingredients

  • 1 (454gm)                                                            anchor unsalted butter
  • 2 (350gm) pks.                                                   condensed milk
  • 8 cups                                                                   flour
  • 1 (250ml) pk.                                                      evaporated milk
  • 1 small pk                                                            ground elaichi (cardamom)
  • 5 cups                                                                   vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Sugar Coating:
  • 2 cups                                                                   water
  • 4 cups                                                                   granulated sugar

Directions

  1. Combine Anchor Unsalted Butter, elaichi (cardamom) and flour.
  2. Mix evaporated and condensed milks together then add flour mixture.
  3. Knead until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Form into 3” almond shaped pieces.
  5. Fry until golden brown.

Directions: Sugar Coating

  1. Stir sugar and water in pot over low heat until mixture is thick.
  2. Pour Syrup over Goolab Jamoon, coating evenly.
  3. Remove and let dry.
