Contest Rules (User Side)

By participating in the Anchor Catch the Goodness, contestants agree to and accept the following Terms & Conditions:

1. The Anchor Catch the Goodness Game will begin on Friday 1st April 2022 at 2:00 p.m. (GMT-4) and end on Saturday 30th April 2022 at 4:00 p.m. (GMT -4)
2. Contestants will be required to create a reel on Facebook or Instagram to access the game. The duration should be set to 30 seconds. The filter icon should be selected in order to search for the filter. Type in “Catch the Goodness” and select the filter to us in the reel.
3.  Catch as many Anchor products as you can in 25 seconds by tilting your head to direct the products into the shopping cart at the bottom of the screen. Post your video tagging Anchor Trinidad and Tobago or Anchor Barbados on Facebook and @anchorcaribbean on Instagram. The hashtag #catchtheanchorgoodness must also be included in the post to either your personal Facebook or Instagram. Ensure it’s set for public  viewing in their Facebook or Instagram privacy settings.
4. Contestants must be following the Anchor Facebook page or Instagram profile for their entry to be considered valid.
5. Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected from entries per market once they meet the criteria. A total of twenty (20) winners will be chosen.
6. Twenty (20) winners will receive a hamper of Anchor products.
7. The Anchor Catch the Goodness Game will be hosted on the Facebook pages https://www.facebook.com/AnchorTNT and https://www.facebook.com/anchorbarbados. It will also be available on Instagram profile https://www.instagram.com/anchorcaribbean
8. Winners will be selected and announced on the Anchor Facebook pages and Instagram profile on Wednesday 4th May, 2022.
9. Anchor, a subsidiary/brand of Fonterra and its advertising agency will inform the winner of the date they should expect to receive their prize.
10. Winners will have 72 hours to acknowledge their prize via email. Anchor will reach out to the winner via the contact information provided from the Facebook or Instagram inbox. The deadline for acknowledgment of winning is Sunday 8th May, 2022, after which, new winners will be selected.
11. Employees of Anchor, affiliate agencies and their immediate family are not eligible to enter this competition
12. This promotion is for all Anchor Facebook and Instagram followers in Trinidad and Tobago and Barbados.
13. Conditions of Entry:
    • Contestants acknowledge that compliance with the Rules set out above including all eligibility requirements is a necessary pre-condition to any prizes in the Anchor Catch the Goodness being awarded to them. For removal of all doubt, competitors who have not complied with these Rules are subject to disqualification.
    • Anchor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the Anchor Catch the Goodness  at any time, if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of Anchor corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper running of the competition. In such cases Anchor will inform competitors of such cancellation, modifications or suspensions of the Anchor Catch the Goodness via notifications by electronic mail or on the Facebook page or Instagram profile.
    • Anchor does not warrant that access to or use of any third party’s website will be uninterrupted or free of any of the events stated below, due to the nature of internet services and electronic communications. Anchor is not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to:
      • lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the competition; or
      • communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or
      • failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of the prizes or in the prize notification; or
      • for any errors of any kind in connection with the promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or
      • the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the promotion; or
      • any of the above arising from the actions or omissions of any third parties in relation to any aspect of the Anchor Catch the Goodness or the usage of any third party websites which are not under the control or operated fully by Anchor
14. Any attempt by a contestant or other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Anchor Catch the Goodness game, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws in the countries where the promotion is being run. Should such an attempt be made, Anchor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution and participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won
15. In no event will Anchor be liable for more than the relevant prizes available under the Anchor Catch the Goodness game. In the event of any conflict with any promotion details contained in these Rules and Conditions and promotion details contained in point of sale, television and print, advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media, (“Promotional Materials”) the details of the promotion set forth in these Rules and Conditions shall prevail.
16. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Anchor employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Rules and Conditions in any manner whatsoever.
17. All contestants agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Anchor and consent to the use and disclosure by Anchor in any form of media of their names, likenesses and/or general areas of residence without compensation or further reference.
18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Contestants understand that they are providing their information to Anchor and not to these platforms. The information they provide will only be used for communicating with contestants and awarding them with the prize that they may win.
19. Anchor reserves all rights in the management of the Anchor Catch the Goodness game and can cancel the contest at any time.
