Muffin Pan Omelettes


  • 2 Tbsp Anchor butter
  • 10 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup milk
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Filling ideas

  • Anchor Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Anchor Cheddar Cheese
  • Anchor Zero Lacto Cheese
  • Ham
  • Tomatoes
  • Sweet Peppers
  • Onions
  • Broccoli, chopped
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Spinach, chopped
  • Bacon, cooked and chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Then grease muffin tins with butter
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.  Add the pepper and salt; whisk in.
  3. Evenly pour egg mixture in cups. Then add your favourite omelette fillings. (Do not fill to the top.)
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes (will rise and be puffy on top).  Remove and allow to cool slightly (normal for them to deflate).
  5. Enjoy!


* Can be refrigerated up to 5 days. To reheat, microwave for 1-2 minutes on high.
* To freeze: Let cool to room temperature, then freeze. To reheat, microwave for 2-4 minutes on high (will depend on the temperature of your microwave).
